An overview article on CLIC with the title "Towards TeV-scale electron-positron collisions: the Compact Linear Collider (CLIC)" was published in Europhysics News, the magazine of the European Physical Society, in February 2018.

The article covers topics ranging from the advantage of e+e- collisions over pp collisions for precision measurements, over the physics programme of CLIC, to the two-beam acceleration scheme and the CLIC detector concept.

In addition, applications of CLIC technologies in other fields such as medical applications and photon sources are described.
